Best part is you just have to show up and not worry about scheduling anything! Plus you get to meet awesome people and play hockey all over the world! I donβt think thereβs anything better than that! This definitely wonβt be my last trip! Brett PhillipsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Known Caz since COVID and he created the opportunity to play when there wasnβt any available. Heβs all about the experience. Since that time Iβve done two of the European hockey trips and brought the wife along for a honeymoon on one of the trips. Absolutely awesome experience thatβs truly unique. One, the cities that youre organized to play are beautiful. Secondly, for what you get on the trip itβs a squeal of a deal. From traveling large and I charge on a large modern bus that is only 1/3 full, to nice hotels in the heart of old European cities, to not having to plan anything because fun things are always scheduled, to the freedom to explore by yourself if you so choose. And a trip with a purpose, playing hockey. Can you find that type of travel purpose anywhere else? Lastly, and this is the most important facet of Cazβ trips, where else are you going to the opportunity to go with 15, roughly, other like minded individuals to party it up and experience Europe? I didnβt know nearly everyone and by the second day youβre friends in a way that only a trip like this can create. One of a kind experience. And you get to connect with hockey players from other countries who shower you with hostpitality A once in a lifetime experience that will have you coming back for more. Caz is a true pro and has created a special experience that Iβm truly thankful I was able to find. Gonna do these trips as much as I can for as long as theyβre available. It was relaxing to have everything planned and not have to do that. The countries are amazingly beautiful. Mary WilliamsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I really enjoyed this trip to Thailand! I am not a hockey player, but it was fun to get to know the players and watch hockey games in another country. The trip was pretty laid back with amazing excursions. The places we stayed at were lovely and the side trips were well organized. I had plenty of time to explore and relax on my own, as well. Thanks for a great trip Cas! Joe collierTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Love 4 the love of puck! Amazing international hockey trips and local skates / leagues! jeff tourvilleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. 4 the love of puck is always on point, with everything from open skates to the leagues they offer. My greatest experience was the European trip. The level of hockey, the fun on day trips, the comaraderie with many great people. Cas and 4 the Love of Puck puts on a first class organization!!! Jessica MarsallaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. 4 the Love of Puck has been a constant in my life for the past 6 years. I have met some incredible people and I would recommend anything that they put together from their weekly skates to their hosted tournaments to their international trips. I've had the privilege of joining them on two international trips: one to the thrilling ice rinks of Europe, and the other to the tropical paradise of Thailand. Both were absolutely incredible, and here's why: 1. Unforgettable Activities: They go beyond just hockey! They arrange exciting off-ice excursions that immerse you in the local culture. Exploring historic castles in Europe or snorkeling your way through the Phi Phi islands made the trips truly special. 2. Fantastic Facilities: They partner with incredible facilities, boasting top-quality ice and modern amenities. Whether it's facing off in historic European arenas or playing under the Thai sun, the settings were incredible. 3. Memories for Life: The camaraderie, the thrill of competition, the unique experiencesβthese trips became more than just vacations; they forged lasting friendships and memories. They don't just throw together trips, they create unforgettable experiences that combine top-notch hockey, amazing destinations, and memories that will last a lifetime. If you're looking for a hockey adventure unlike any other, look no further than 4 the Love of Puck. They've exceeded my expectations twice, and I can't wait for my next trip with them! Iβve been on three different trips in countless countries with these hockey fanatics, and I donβt even play hockey. Touring the country sides in the tour bus is the BEST way to travel. You get to see so much, and you donβt have to worry about getting from place to place. The hotel rooms are very nice at each location too. If I could give more stars I would! I am going again the Fall of 2024.

Most players are rec/B-level skaters, with a mix of A and C players. Goalies are always welcome (and often in high demand). Games are friendly and balanced β competitive but social.
We do our best to line up opponents that fit our groupβs level, but in some towns there are only so many teams to play. The roster also depends on who can take the time off and join the trip β so while itβs not always a βperfect squad,β itβs always a great mix of hockey and travel.
At the end of the day, youβll play in some amazing rinks, meet new hockey friends, and explore incredible places. Win or lose, itβs tough to have a bad time. Letβs gooo!
Absolutely! Guests are very common β and honestly, itβs often even better if they do. Hockey is just one part of these tours. Thereβs so much to see and do that non-players get a full experience of sightseeing, food, culture, and adventure.
Youβll get a lot for a little, and everyone is part of the group β whether youβre lacing up skates or exploring castles and coastlines.
Most travelers are in their late 20s through 60s. As long as you can skate regular beer-league pace, youβll fit right in.
Usually, players and guests arrange their own flights. Weβll provide the recommended arrival and departure windows and the airport details so you can easily line up with the group.
For travelers from Minnesota, weβve often organized group tickets to make things easier and more fun. If youβre flying from elsewhere, itβs usually best (and more economical) to book your own. Either way, weβll coordinate timing as best we can β and if flights donβt line up, weβll meet you at the first hotel to kick things off together.
All pricing is based on double occupancy. A single-room upgrade is available for an additional fee.
If youβre traveling solo, weβll do our best to pair you with a roommate. If that doesnβt work out, youβd be responsible for the single-room fee. (Tip: bring a friend and save your beer money πΊ).
Yes! We encourage it. Weβll make sure groups are roomed and lined up together whenever possible.
Yes! We welcome players and guests from anywhere in the world π. Most of our travelers come from the U.S. and Canada, but weβve had folks join from Europe and beyond.
The only difference is that youβll be responsible for booking your own flights to meet the group. Weβll share recommended arrival windows and the first hotel details so itβs easy to connect.
All deposits apply toward your balance. In general, deposits are refundable (less a small fee) if you cancel 150+ days before departure, and non-refundable after that. Final payment deadlines vary by trip, and missing them may forfeit your spot.
π We always recommend travel insurance to protect your payments in case of unexpected events.
