🏒 Player Package

$3,950 USD per person

  • Based on double occupancy (shared hotel room)
  • Includes all hockey games, tours, hotels, daily breakfasts, private group transportation, Stonehenge + Newgrange tours, and all listed group activities

👯 Guest / Non-Player Package

$1,850 USD per person

  • For partners, spouses, siblings, or friends joining the adventure
  • Shares a room with a player unless otherwise requested
  • Includes all tours, hotels, breakfasts, transportation, and group activities (no on-ice hockey)

🛏️ Single Room Upgrade

+ $750 USD (optional or required if roommate pairing is not possible)

  • For travelers who prefer their own private room
  • May be required if we are unable to match a roommate due to uneven numbers

🧾 Important Rooming Note

Roommate pairing is always attempted for solo players and guests.
However, if numbers are uneven or a compatible match isn’t available by the rooming deadline, a
Single Room Upgrade (+$750) may be required.

You will always be notified well in advance if this applies to you.

📝 Deposit & Payment Schedule

This trip is capped at 26 total travelers. A deposit is required to secure your spot and lock in hotels and transportation.

🏒 On-Ice Activity Insurance (Required for Players)

All participants engaging in on-ice hockey activities are required to carry their own appropriate hockey or sports insurance coverage.

This coverage should include:

  • Injury protection while participating in ice hockey

  • International medical coverage (if coming from outside Europe or the U.S.)

  • Proof of valid hockey insurance may be requested prior to travel

This is for your protection and ours — we want everyone to play hard, stay safe, and have peace of mind.

Please note:

Not all cancellations qualify for reimbursement under every policy — we recommend speaking with a travel insurance provider to find the right plan for your needs.

You are responsible for securing your own travel and hockey-related insurance.
