Thank You for Your Interest in Our Tours

This document outlines what 4 The Love of PUCK (“4TLOP”) offers when you sign up for a tour, as well as your responsibilities during the tour (“Tour Conditions”). By signing up for a tour with 4TLOP, you agree to these conditions, so please read this document carefully before completing your reservation request.

Tour Price Guarantee

The tour price you select will be locked in and guaranteed once we receive your deposit. Prices on our website may or may not include airfare.  Please reach out with any questions.  For questions, please call us at 612.251.4712. Note that prices may change without notice due to fluctuations in travel costs, so check our website regularly for updates.

What’s Included in the Tour Price

We strive to create a fun group atmosphere with exciting hockey and cultural experiences. Each tour includes:

  • Local guides to enhance your experience as needed for additional tours
  • Breakfasts (all possible)
  • Other meals as provided by hosts (not guaranteed)
  • Accommodation and transportation
  • Jerseys for hockey players
  • Costs associated with hockey matches
  • Sightseeing events, with additional opportunities for group activities as outlined in individual itineraries

Itineraries Are Subject to Change

We aim to provide the best possible experience, but flexibility is key as unexpected situations may arise. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen events.

Tour Payments

To reserve your spot, you must agree to these Tour Conditions and submit a deposit of $250 per person. We prefer Venmo payments to @c_semlak but also accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express (with processing fees). Personal checks, bank drafts, and money orders in US dollars are also accepted.

All payments must follow the payment schedule detailed in your tour information. Missing payment deadlines may result in your spot being opened to others or removal from the tour. If you book within 90 days of departure, the full tour cost is due and non-refundable after 7 days.

Solo Travelers and Single Supplements

The best price is based on double occupancy (sharing a room). If you prefer a private room, you will be responsible for the additional cost. We will assist in finding roommates but cannot guarantee availability. Single supplements are available on a limited basis for an extra fee.  Single supplements are refundable up to 150 days prior to departure.

Returned Payments

A $35 fee will be charged for any returned payments (e.g., bounced checks). This fee must be paid before your tour departure.

Transferring to Another Tour

If your plans change, you can transfer to another tour in the same calendar year up to 150 days before departure. Your deposit will be applied to the new tour, minus shared costs and a $100 transfer fee. Transfers within 150 days of departure are not allowed.

Cancellations, Refunds and Insurance

  • All payments made are considered deposits, excluding trip insurance.
  • It is highly recommended you purchase a travel insurance policy.
  • Lost deposits may be recuperated via your insurance policy if qualified
  • Not all events will qualify, confirm with insurance agent/policy manager
  • Payments made after payment schedule deadlines are non-refundable unless arranged in writing.
  • Your spot is open until payments are made current; if filled, your spot is forfeited.
  • All and any tour deposits are refundable (less $150) up to 150 days before departure.
  • All and any tour deposits made 149 days or later are non-refundable
  • Full tour costs are non-refundable after 7 days if booked within 150 days of departure.
  • Any unpaid costs 30 days prior to departure are subject to a 10% service fee
