• The package price for a player based on double occupancy is $2,375.00 U.S. per person.
• The price for a player based on single occupancy is $2,725.00 U.S. per person.
• The price for a guest traveler (Husband/Wife/partner/Friend/Cousin/etc.) is $2,375.00 U.S. based on double occupancy.
• The price for a guest traveler based on single occupancy is $2,725.00 U.S. per person.

Deposit Schedule:

• All payments made are considered deposits, excluding payments made for trip insurance
• Payments/deposits made after the outlined payment dates become non-refundable unless an arrangement has been made in writing/email.  Your spot held is considered open until payments are current.  If your spot becomes filled before payments are made in full your spot is forfeited.
• Initial deposits made after the designated “1st payment” due date, are subject to a revised schedule.  Additional cost may occur due to possible airfare increase.
• Tour deposits are refundable (Less $150) up to 150 days before the tour departure date
• Initial deposits made 91–150 days before a tour departs become non-refundable after 15 days
• If you book a tour less than 90 days before its departure date, the entire tour cost becomes non-refundable after 7 days, but may be creditable in the case of a Creditable Event, as outlined below. Once your deposit refund date has passed, your deposit will not be refunded under any circumstance.
• Once your deposit refund date has passed, your deposit will not be refunded under any circumstance
• Any money recovered through a trip insurance claim will not additionally be refunded by 4 The Love of PUCK
• Any refund will be issued only after documentation of utilization of travel insurance
• It is highly recommended trip insurance is purchased for unforeseen circumstances
• Cancellations must be in writing sent via email to 4theloveofpuck@gmail.com. Cancellations become effective on the date received by 4 The Love of PUCK and are governed by the Terms and conditions.
